New beginner classes are forming year-round! Boys and girls aged 4 and up are welcome to attend a complimentary trial class during our upcoming open houses.

Athletic clothing such as shorts and t-shirt, plus socks are fine to wear for first class. Please tie back long hair. No special shoes are required.
